1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if there is an error in your order, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at INFO@3DPRINT.PK or 0332-3DPRINT . Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as opened filaments, customized 3D prints, or used 3D printers & scanners, are non-returnable.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
